We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bracelite back support. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Within 30 days of delivery date
• In its original packaging
• In unused or gently used condition
• Free from damage caused by misuse

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@bracelite.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In case of defective products, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us at support@bracelite.com. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.
